All standard surgical instruments from Green Med Surgical are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If an instrument proves to be defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund of the purchase price.
Specialized Component Guarantees
- Tungsten Carbide Inserts: Guaranteed for three years.
- Replaceable Parts: Guaranteed for one year, excluding springs.
- Replaceable Springs: Guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects.
Conditions for Warranty
This guarantee is void if instruments are:
- Altered in any way.
- Not properly maintained or repaired.
- Used for purposes other than their intended surgical function.
